Meet Michele, the heart and visionary Founder behind Baby Empire. As a mother of five (four boys and one girl, which includes a set of twins), Michele's passion for nurturing children of all ages runs deep. This personal experience, combined with her dedication to the unique needs of newborns, led her to establish Baby Empire and cultivate an elite team of Newborn Specialists. With particular expertise in areas like twin care and gentle sleep training, Michele is honored to share her wealth of knowledge with new parents, empowering them on their own journeys. The trust and heartfelt referrals from the amazing families Baby Empire has served speak volumes about their exceptional care and guidance.

Sandra is a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 2. Sandra has been a dedicated Newborn Specialist for Baby Empire going into her 9th year. Her passion for babies and children she wears on her sleeve. Sandra's newborn knowledge runs deep, she takes pride in helping parents learn successful skills, to set them up for a positive journey with their new bundle of joy. Sandra specializes in multiples (twins).

Brittani has been a dedicated Newborn Specialist with Baby Empire for more than 8 years. She has an adorable 2 year old son who she pours her heart and soul into. Brittani grew up with 3 sisters and has helped raise her nieces and nephews. Brittani's love for babies started when she was a young girl. She loves sharing her experience with all of our families and educating them with tools to help create good habits. Brittani's knowledge of babies runs deep.

Nicole is a wife and mother of 4 kids. Nicole spends her free time watching her kids play sports. Nicole has a loving heart and lots of baby knowledge to help create a healthy schedule and eventually move towards sleep training. Nicole has a soft touch and is dedicated to helping our families feel confident along their new journey of becoming parents.

Karla is experienced in helping parents create good habits & have that transfer to a soft, successful, sleep transition for baby to sleep through the night. Shes also experienced working with multiples.
